Meet Joseph Bitton
I am passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals while saving money along the way. I am a Broker, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario (LL.B.), and a former Toronto lawyer who transitioned into real estate in 1987. A native Torontonian fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I have over 35 years of experience selling residential and commercial real estate throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
My philosophy is simple: give clients MORE FOR LESS. I take a hardworking, detail-oriented, and no-pressure approach, always putting my clients’ best interests ahead of commissions. If I believe an offer is not in your best interest, or that you should not buy or sell a property, I will tell you honestly and explain why. My priority is helping you make the best possible decisions for your family and financial future.
I understand the trust clients place in me when buying or selling what is often their most valuable asset. I am committed to providing honest advice, accurate information, strong negotiation skills, and dependable service every step of the way. My goal is not just one transaction, but building long-term relationships based on integrity, professionalism, and results.
I treat every transaction as if it were my own and work tirelessly to protect my clients’ interests. Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from friends, family, and colleagues — something I consider the greatest compliment.
Joseph specializes in residential and commercial real estate in North York, Thornhill, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill, drawing on decades of experience in real estate negotiations and his background as a practicing Toronto lawyer.
